Thanksgiving Break

During thanksgiving break I spent time with my family. We went over to my cousin house to celebrate thanksgiving.We ate a lot of food and the food was pretty good as well. During our break i didn’t actually  met anybody but it fine though.I didn’t really do much so i just stayed home or go to my cousin house and play some video games.So thats about it i didn’t really do much but i still had a great time.

“If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it.”

What this quote means is that if something is not right then don’t do it cause you would get in trouble doing the wrong thing and suffer the consequences. If someone tells you something bad dont repeat what they said because it can be false and it can hurt other people feelings.

         Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada and the United States. It was celebrated as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States. A lot of  other places around the world have similar celebrations. Even though Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, it has long been celebrated around the world in a secular manner as well.

“Doing what is right, fair and honorable is more important than winning or losing.”

What this quote is saying is that it dosen’t matter whether if your losing or winning. when u do right things u honer  the importance of doing something good life. Do something great and you will be rememeber about the good thing you done.

“Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you. Never excuse yourself.”

What this quote is saying is that always aim high for your expectations.Always try to do your best. If someone tells you to run 5 laps always try to do better. Show other what you can do and that nobody can stop you.Always aim high and you will go good.

These are the 3 magic keys to living your life with integrity.
1.Have the courage to say no.

2.Have the courage to face the truth.

3.Do the right thing because it is right to.

What this mean is that everyone should have the courage to say no even if people are trying to make you do it. Also everyone should say the truth. Even if you don’t like saying the truth people are going to lose your trust and you won’t like that. Always do the right thing no matter what the thing is like break into a house NO you are going to stop what your doing and do the right thing by leaving people property even if something sounds fun but is wrong always asume that when you do bad your going to regret doing it one day.

if you hang out with the wrong crowd your not gonna like the decision you made. Hangout with the right people who want to study who actually wants to do go in life who wants to be a successful  person. Don’t let anybody in the way of you having a good time and choosing the right.

The video we just saw was about a prision team basket ball who can only twice a year but don't have fans to support them. Two basket ball players decided to get the other side of the crowd to cheer for the other team( The Gainesvile Tornadoes) It didn't matter who won they got support and courage from the support they god and did their best.

 

              “The best recreation is to do good”

What this quote means is that the best thing ever is to do good because not only your making yourself happier but your making others happy as well. Doing the right will make your life easier and it will be the best recreation you had.
